As new and sophisticated scams continue to arise and threaten Marshall County residents, the Marshall County Clerk has partnered with American Land Records to provide a free sign-up service, Title Watch. The Title Watch system will alert property holders and business leaders any time documents are recorded under their name or business name.
Title Watch adds a proactive layer of protection for our residents to stop attempts of title fraud and theft. Resident simply need to sign-up for the service and provide the information to have free fraud security.
